⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE
Turnover Cleaning is time-based and dependent on the scheduled window between check-out and check-in.
For same-day services, completion of all tasks depends on the time available.
If the condition of the property exceeds turnover standards (excessive dirt, trash, strong odors, or neglect), a Heavy-Duty fee may be applied upon arrival, or the service may be adjusted.

• Dust all accessible surfaces
• Clean tables and furniture
• Clean TV stand and electronics area
• Wipe light switches and door handles

• Sweep and mop floors
• Check for forgotten items left by guests
• Take out trash and replace trash bags
🍽 KITCHEN
• Clean and disinfect countertops

Rotational or as-needed cleaning is performed based on condition, usage, and time available during the service.

• Baseboards
• Doors (non-glass only)
🚫 WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED
The following are not included:
• Pool cleaning
• Grill cleaning
• Yard or garden maintenance
