True Care House Cleaning LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services as selected by the client at the time of booking.
 
Services are limited to the tasks included in the selected service package.
 
Additional requests may require additional time and charges.
 
2. Scheduling and Access
 
Clients must provide safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.
 
Failure to provide access may result in cancellation fees or lockout fees.
 
3. Payment
 
Payments must be processed through the Company office using approved payment methods.
 
Accepted payment methods include major credit or debit cards processed through approved payment processors.
 
4. Cancellation Policy
 
Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to cancellation fees.
 
Same-day cancellations may be charged up to the full service cost.
 
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
 
If you are not satisfied with the service, you must notify the Company within 24 hours.
 
We may offer a re-clean of the reported areas at our discretion.
 
6. Limitation of Liability
 
The Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service involved.
 
The Company shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Users agree not to misuse the website or submit false information through contact forms.
