How do I book a cleaning?


You can book a cleaning directly through our website or contact us at support@truecarehousecleaning.com.

How far in advance should I book?


We recommend scheduling your cleaning at least 2 days in advance to secure your preferred date and time. However, feel free to contact us for same-day or next-day availability, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you offer recurring cleaning services?


Yes! We offer weekly, biweekly, triweekly, and monthly cleaning services to help keep your home consistently clean.

Can I reschedule my cleaning?


Yes. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a new appointment.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?


No, you do not need to be home. However, the cleaner must have clear instructions for access to the property, including parking information, gate access, or door codes if applicable. If possible, we recommend that someone checks the home after the cleaning is completed.

How long does a cleaning take?


The time depends on the size and condition of the home. Our services are based on cleaning packages rather than hourly rates. Once the cleaner completes everything included in the selected package, the service is considered complete.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?


Yes, our team brings all the necessary cleaning equipment and supplies. However, we kindly ask clients to provide paper towels and trash bags. For laundry services, supplies must also be provided by the client, as laundry is performed on-site.

What if I have pets?
Pets are welcome! We just ask that clients let us know in advance if there are pets in the home and ensure they are safely secured if necessary.

What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?


Your satisfaction is very important to us. If something was missed, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will arrange a reclean if necessary.

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?


Yes. If something included in the service was missed, we will gladly return to correct it.

How do I pay for my cleaning?


Payments are processed securely through our online booking system. We accept debit and credit cards (excluding American Express).

When am I charged?


A hold is placed on the card one day before the cleaning, and the final charge is processed after the service is completed. The client will receive an invoice by email.

Do you charge by the hour?


No. Our services are based on cleaning packages, not hourly rates. Each package includes a defined list of tasks.

What areas do you serve?


We proudly serve Cleveland and surrounding areas.

What happens if I need to cancel my appointment?


If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can update your booking.

What if the cleaner cannot access my home?


If the cleaner cannot access the property at the scheduled time due to missing instructions or lack of access, the appointment may be subject to a lockout or cancellation fee.
