Detailed Deep House Cleaning Cleveland Services Checklist
📌 SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Deep Cleaning is designed for homes that require extra attention due to buildup of dirt, dust, or grease.
This service goes beyond Standard Cleaning by providing a more detailed and intensive cleaning, focusing on neglected areas and accumulated residue.
Deep Cleaning is recommended for:
• First-time clients before starting recurring services
• Homes that have not been cleaned in several weeks or months
• Homes with moderate buildup of dust, dirt, or grease
• Clients who do not maintain a regular cleaning routine
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE
Deep Cleaning includes a higher level of detail — not additional services.
All extra tasks such as inside fridge, oven, cabinets, laundry, and interior windows are considered add-ons and must be selected separately.
If the condition of the home exceeds Deep Cleaning standards (excessive buildup, heavy grease, clutter, or unsanitary conditions), a Heavy-Duty Cleaning fee may be applied upon arrival, or the service may be adjusted, rescheduled, or declined.

🛋 LIVING ROOM / COMMON AREAS
• Detailed dusting of all accessible surfaces
• Clean baseboards (scrubbing if needed)
• Clean doors (front and back – glass not included)
• Clean door frames
• Clean light switches and door handles
• Clean window sills
• Clean window frames (glass not included)
• Clean blinds (if safe and in good condition)
• Spot clean light wall marks
• Vacuum upholstered furniture (if accessible)
• Deep vacuum rugs and carpets
• Sweep and mop floors thoroughly
• Take out trash
🍽 KITCHEN
• Detailed cleaning of countertops
• Clean exterior of cabinets
• Clean exterior of refrigerator
• Clean exterior of stove
• Clean backsplash
• Degrease stove area (moderate buildup)
• Clean microwave (inside and outside)
• Clean sink and faucet
• Clean baseboards (scrub if needed)
• Clean doors and door frames
• Clean window sills and frames (glass not included)
• Clean blinds (if safe and in good condition)
• Sweep and mop floors thoroughly
• Take out trash
🚿 BATHROOMS
• Scrub toilet (inside and outside)
• Clean behind the toilet (if accessible)
• Scrub shower or bathtub
• Clean shower tracks
• Light grout cleaning
• Clean sink and countertop
• Clean mirrors
• Clean exterior of cabinets
• Clean baseboards (scrubbing)
• Clean doors and door frames
• Clean window sills and frames (glass not included)
• Clean blinds (if safe and in good condition)
• Sweep and mop floors thoroughly
• Take out trash
🛏 BEDROOMS
• Detailed dusting of surfaces
• Clean baseboards (scrubbing if needed)
• Clean doors and door frames
• Clean window sills and frames (glass not included)
• Clean blinds (if safe and in good condition)
• Spot clean light wall marks
• Deep vacuum carpets and rugs
• Sweep and mop floors thoroughly
• Take out trash
🪟 IMPORTANT – BLINDS
Blinds are cleaned only if:
✔ They are in stable condition
✔ They do not present a risk of damage
Blinds with heavy buildup requiring detailed cleaning (slat by slat) may require additional time and may be subject to a Heavy-Duty fee.
🚫 WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED
The following are not included in Deep Cleaning:
• Inside cabinets
• Inside drawers
• Inside refrigerator
• Inside oven
• Interior windows
• Organization of personal belongings
• Dishwashing (unless added)
• Removal of excessive trash
• Severe mold
• Heavy grease buildup accumulated over long periods
• Biohazards or unsafe conditions
If any of these conditions are present, service may be adjusted, limited, or subject to additional charges.

The following services can be added to your cleaning:
• Inside fridge
• Inside oven

• Laundry (wash & dry only)

• Green / eco-friendly products
Important:
• Add-ons must be selected in advance and are subject to availability
• We do not fold clothes or organize closets
• Exterior window cleaning is limited — please contact us for details
📌 IMPORTANT NOTES
Baseboards
Baseboards are scrubbed during Deep Cleaning.
However, permanent stains, paint marks, or heavy buildup may not be fully removable.
Dishes in the Sink
If dishes are present:
• We may place them in the dishwasher (if available)
• If not possible, the office will contact the client
Dishwashing is not included and must be added as an extra service. Pricing will be determined upon arrival, as it depends on the quantity and condition of the dishes.
Important:
• We wash only
• We do not dry or put dishes away
• A space must be available for air drying
Home Preparation
We do not provide home organization services.
Clients must prepare the home before the appointment.
Personal items such as:
• Clothes
• Shoes
• Personal belongings
must be put away to allow proper cleaning.
If clutter limits access, cleaning will be restricted to accessible areas only.
🧽 SUPPLIES & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
We bring our own cleaning supplies and equipment.
Clients must provide:
• Trash bags
• Paper towels (if preferred)
🧺 LAUNDRY (ADD-ON)
Laundry is performed using the client’s washer and dryer.
Clients must provide:
• Detergent
• Dryer sheets (optional)
Laundry includes:
• Wash and dry only
• No folding or organizing
The number of loads depends on time and machine capacity.
If supplies are not available, the service may not be completed.
✨ FINAL DISCLAIMER
Cleaning results depend on the condition of the home.
Deep Cleaning is intended for homes with moderate buildup.
Homes with excessive dirt, heavy grease, clutter, or unsanitary conditions may require a Heavy-Duty Cleaning fee upon arrival, additional time, or rescheduling.
The scope of work is limited to visible and accessible areas only.
True Care is not responsible for damage caused by fragile, improperly installed, or pre-existing conditions, including normal wear and tear.
For safety and liability reasons, our cleaners do not move heavy or bulky items. Any furniture or items that require dragging or may cause damage to floors or surfaces must be moved by the client prior to the appointment. Items that cannot be safely lifted will not be moved.
