Move In / Move Out Cleaning is designed for empty homes that require a complete and detailed cleaning before a new resident moves in or after a property has been vacated.
This service includes full interior cleaning, including areas not covered in Standard or Deep Cleaning, such as inside cabinets, drawers, appliances, and closets.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE
- The property must be completely empty before the cleaning begins.
- Furniture, boxes, or personal belongings may limit the service to accessible areas only.
- Water and electricity must be active at the property.
- True Care does NOT provide post-construction or renovation cleaning services.
- If signs of construction debris, drywall dust, or paint residue are present, the service will be canceled upon arrival, and a cancellation fee will be charged.
If the condition exceeds service standards, a Heavy-Duty fee may be applied upon arrival.

🏠 Property Condition
The property must be completely empty.
If items are present, cleaning will be limited to accessible areas.
⚡ Utilities
Water and electricity must be active.
If not available, the service cannot be performed.
🗑 Trash
Standard trash removal only.
Large amounts of trash or debris may require additional fees or services.
🪑 Furniture & Items
We do not move heavy or bulky items.
Items that may damage floors must be moved before the appointment.
🧽 Supplies
We bring all cleaning supplies and equipment.
Clients must provide:
• Trash bags
• Paper towels (if preferred)
⚠️ HEAVY-DUTY CONDITION NOTICE
If the property presents excessive dirt, trash, grease, or unsafe conditions beyond the service scope, a Heavy-Duty fee may be applied upon arrival, or the service may be adjusted or rescheduled.
